Mobile cranes

The K2500 is particularly impressive thanks to its enormous outreach values in combination with large hook heights in the load range up to three tonnes. Thanks to an innovative mast system with a triple hydraulically telescopic folding jib and a small footprint of max. 7.34 m width, it is the ideal crane for city centres with limited space. The K2500 is also ideal for covering huge roof areas thanks to its lateral reach of 45.5 m with a load of 500 kg. Thanks to a particularly strong joint between the main and auxiliary jibs, materials weighing up to one tonne can be lifted and telescoped effortlessly, even when the fly jib is in the 90-degree position.

Equipment

Boom system

  • extremely strong and weather-resistant aluminium special alloy with low net weight
  • no strength loss in the welding seam due to stir welding process, joints are as strong as the solid material

Automatic levelling

  • the crane is completely set up quickly and easily using the radio remote control

Double hydraulic, telescopic fly jib

  • hydraulic telescoping of the first three folding top elements via the radio remote control
  • simultaneous extension of both drawers ensures optimum load distribution
  • utilization of the folding tip even in narrow body situations thanks to "extending in the air"
  • hydraulic telescoping also in stage operation

Twin luffing cylinders

  • folding jib joint is milled "from the solid" and thus enables higher load bearing capacity
  • electronic monitoring in the joint guarantees optimal lifting of loads in any angular position

Telescopic winch

Crane control system

XL Radio remote control

Hybrid drive

  • equipped with 400 volt electric motor and separate Diesel engine

Personal safety mode

  • personal safety mode in accordance with BG guidelines
  • for working at great heights without stationary securing options such as scaffolding or safety eyes

Endlessly rotatable

Energy supply

  • protected routing of all moving electrical and hydraulic leads in or on the mast
  • no hose or cable reels on the mast
  • low-maintenance hydraulic pipework made of galvanised steel used in the substructure, meaning there is no need to change hydraulic hoses

H-Outriggers
